What is the return policy?
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery if the item is unworn and in original condition.
To start a return, email us at customerservice@mesnjer.co with your order number and reason for return.
Please note: we can’t accept returns on limited or final-sale items unless there’s a fault.
How do your sizes fit?
Our pieces follow standard streetwear sizing — relaxed but true to size.
If you like a looser fit, we recommend going one size up.
When will I get my order?
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking info by email.
Delivery times vary depending on your location — usually within 3–10 business days across Australia, and longer for international orders.
Do you restock items?
Most of our drops are limited runs — once they’re gone, they’re gone.
Some core pieces may return, but part of what makes MESNJER special is the uniqueness of each release.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Shipping rates and delivery times are shown at checkout.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes depending on your country.
